1. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
2. Double Click on Network
3. Right Click on the Local Area Connection(2)
4. Setup the networking protocols as you wish (i.e. Setup TCP/IP with a static IP Address)

1. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
2. Double Click on Network
3. Select 'TCP/IP -> Toshiba Wireless LAN Mini PCI Card'
4. Click Properties
5. Setup your IP address in the indicated box
6. Click ok
7. Restart your Computer

1. Insert the Toshiba Product Recovery CD for Windows NT into the CD-Rom Drive
2. Once prompted to Select your operating system (Windows NT)
3. Click OK
4. Select 'Install Applications and Drivers'
5. Click Next
6. Select 'Wireless LAN Card Enabler' and Click Install
7. Click Setup
8. Select 'Wireless LAN Card Driver for Windows NT' and click Install
9. Click Setup
10. Select 'Toshiba Client Manager for Windows NT' and click Install
11. Click Setup
12. Restart your Computer
13. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
14. Double Click Network
15. Click Adapters
16. Click Add
17. Click Have Disk...
18. In the 'Insert Disk' window type C:
19. Click OK
20. Select 'Toshiba Wireless LAN Card' and Click OK
21. Click Close
22. Restart your computer when prompted to do so
23. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
24. Double Click Network
25. Click Protocols
26. Click Add
27. Select TCP/IP Protocol and Click OK
28. When prompted for DHCP choose no
29. Click Close
30. When the 'Microsoft TCP/IP Properties' window opens up setup your IP Address

1. Click Start -> Programs -> Toshiba Wireless Solution -> Client Manager
2. Click on Actions -> Add/Edit Configuration Profile
3. Select the profile you want to use and in the dropdown box choose Peer to Peer Group
4. Click on Edit Profile
5. Type in a Network Name for your network. (All wireless notebooks participating in the peer to peer network will need the same network name)
6. Click Ok

3. Choose 'Install applications and drivers' and Click Next
4. Select SPANworks 2000 and Click Install
5. Click on Setup
6. Once prompted please restart your computer
7. Double Click on SPANworks 2000 located on your desktop
8. Click Next
9. Type in a Name you would like your Computer to be known as and Click Next
10. Click Next
11. Select Windows Socket (TCP/IP) and Click Next
12. Click Finish

11. Select Windows Socket (TCP/IP) and Click Next
12. Click Finish
